Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Costace LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (company number 001952451) operating the Wiew product ("Wiew", "we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What Wiew is, and is not

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, especially in professional profiles.

3. The professional marketplace

• Wiew is a venue where households and independent professionals find each other. Wiew is not a party to any agreement between users, does not perform the work, and does not guarantee any professional, quote, schedule, or outcome.
• Professionals are solely responsible for their own licensure, insurance, pricing, conduct, and the accuracy of their profiles, campaigns, offers and articles.
• Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experience; manipulation is prohibited.

4. Paid features

Professional subscriptions and campaigns are billed through the app store's billing system at the prices shown before purchase. Campaign pricing is flat and disclosed; Wiew does not charge commissions on, or take any percentage of, transactions between users. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your app-store account settings. [CONFIRM refund policy language with counsel and app-store rules.]

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk extraction, resale or republication of Wiew data or outputs.
• No attempting to identify property owners, or misusing the owner-confirmation feature to claim property you do not own.
• No harassment, spam, deceptive campaigns, or unlawful content.
• No interfering with the service, probing it for vulnerabilities, or misrepresenting your identity or licensure.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Wiew a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service (for example, showing a professional's campaign in the app). We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Our content

The app, its analysis, scores, design and branding are Wiew's property or its licensors'. Public records remain public; Wiew's assembled datasets, models and outputs are proprietary.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiew's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Wiew in the twelve months before the claim. Wiew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make in reliance on information in the app.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wiew against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your dealings with other users.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination survive it.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts [CONFIRM], excluding conflict-of-law rules. [CONFIRM dispute-resolution / arbitration approach with counsel.]

12. Changes

We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
