Delete your Wiew account
You can delete your Wiew account and its data at any time, in either of two ways.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Wiew and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings → Delete account. [CONFIRM against the shipped build's exact path.]
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.
Option 2: by email
Email support@wiewapp.com with the subject line "Delete my account", from the email address registered to your account. We will verify it is you and confirm when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile, saved and linked properties, financial inputs, messages, job posts, and (for professionals) your card, profile, campaigns and articles.
- Deletion is processed within 30 days of the request.
What may be retained
- Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records for paid professional features), for as long as the law requires.
- Public-record information about properties. It is about the property, not your account, and existed before your account did.
